Splicing Method

In automotive body engineering, assembling or arranging the various components of many vehicles using various methods of grafting, so that two or several components into one part. In this book will also discuss the various connections are used, than die like a welding connection, or connections that could be overhauled as rivets or rivets, bolts and nuts, adhesive / glue, adhesive, nuts and push on clips which are widely used in the installation of trim.

Welding connection method is widely used to connect the vehicle body consisting of vehicle license plate frame and body. Welding is the process of connecting with each other similar materials (in this case the metal of course) in a state of viscous or melted by heat utilizing either with or without added material (welding wire and electrodes). If the process is done when welding is true, then the weld strength will be the same as the basic material strength.

The advantage of this welding method can be done quickly, does not add weight drastically.
