DIY :tambal radiator bocor

radiator bocor berawal dari tukang service ac pas buka kondensor depan / pas pemasanganya kan di selip secara gak sengaja nyenggol kisi2 radiator hingga penyok dan lama2 bocor

langsung saja caranya.

-lepaskan baut2 fan AC dan fan radiator

-lepaskan semua fan AC

-buka penahan radiator/bantalan radiator atas

-buka baut2 fan radiator

-untuk mengeluarkan fan radiator terlebih dahulu melepas selang radiator nya atas bawah

-setelah fan lepas

-buka baut2 utk membuka besi di atas radiator agar radiator bisa di angkat keluar

-lepas 3 baut ini juga

-setelah semuanya, lepaskan plat besi ini

-siap2 ambil posisi utk keluarkan radiator hati2 tempatnya sempit .. jgn sampe ketumbur kondensor ac dan juga pipa freon.. krn bs menyebabkan kebocoran freon nantinya

-ini setelah radiator lepas.. tampak hanya kondensor ac di mesin

-ini posisi bocornya pas kelihatan jelas

-tampak ada beberapa bagian penyok... di duga karena pas pemasangan kondensor bertumburan

cek kebocoran bs dengan dimasukan di bak.. alirkan udara misal ditiup (kalo bisa) terlebih dahulu tutup lubang2 lainnya dulu.. gelembung2 udara menandakan kebocoran

-setelah di tambal dgn lem epoxy (araldite) letak bocor hanya di daerah ini
setelah lem bner2 kering pasang kembali

-terlebih dahulu cek motor fan dari kerusakan... biar sekalian kerja

-lalu pasang ke posisi semula lagi ...
sampe skrg blm ada kebocoran lagi.. brarti aman :D
