DIY : buka shockbreker depan + karet pasang dudukan per + ganti tierod stabilizer





-ini karet dudukan per atas dan bawah utk depan



-ini dudukan per bawah



-ini dudukan per atas gw pake SGP part

caranya :

-kendorkan baut shock dgn bantuan kunci L ditengahnya

-atau bisa dipake bantuan pipa besi seperti ini supaya ada tenaga buat mutar baut keras

-buka tierod stabil dgn bantuan kunci L ditengah juga utk tahan

-buka 2 baut knukle.. biasanya keras.. perlu tambahan pipa buat tenaga muternya

-buka dudukan kabel ABS

-buka 3 baut shock .. siap2 shock akan lepas terjatuh.. ganjal atau pegang pake sebelah tangan pas 3 baut hampir lepas.. agar tidak terhempas ke bawah .. hati2 !

-setelah lepas 1 set shockbreker

-kali ini menerapkan cara ikat pake kawat ulir2 per.. tujuan agar nanti pemasangannya tidak sulit menekan per :D  cara lbh simple yah pake treker seperti cara gw bongkar shock blakang... (lihat sini)


-setelah itu buka baut tengah shock  utk melepas mangkuk atas / ini sering disebut support shockbreker
menimbulkan bunyi jg kalo karet tengahnya hancur 

-kalo yg ini bearing shockbreker.. fungsinya utk memperingan putar setir /roda saat belok2 :D
kalo uda hancur ganti aja.. ini bearingnya bahan plastik

-lalu lepaskan per karet boot, stooper juga.. cuci sampe bersih kalo mau enak dipandang :D







 - ini stooper bawaan bahan spoon keras uda hancur



-ganti pake stooper futura.. stooper apa aja gak masalah asal jgn karet keras.. krn fungsinya meredam benturan antara shock dan mangkuk saat shock bergerak maksimal


-gw cat ulang shock,per, mangkuk nya jg

-ini suasana posisi dongkrak dan jack stand







-perhatikan tulisan out di mangkuk tengah sblm mangkuk atas.. posisinya hadap keluar / sejajar dgn posisi dudukan  knukle roda di shock

-ini posisi karet per atas dipasang dibawah mangkuk tengah

-rakit ulang, susun karet dudukan per bawah, stooper, karet boot shockbreker
dilanjut pemasangan per mangkuk tengah trus mangkuk atas

-setelah selesai baut shock tengahnnya ... kencangkan lagi apabila uda terpasang di mobil
-pasang kembali ke posisi nya


-karena sekalia bongkar gw mengganti tierod stabil juga krn uda jelek kondisinya ... uda pernah di press juga dulu

-perbandingan tierod stabil lama dgn yg baru .. yg penting ukurannya sama panjang kalo misal gak ada part original nya



-lalu tinggal pasang kembali tierod stabil...

cek ulang smua baut2 sblm menyelesaikan kerjaan :D
