DIY : ganti packing Throotle Body + bersihkan

throotle body (TB) bila kotor bisa membuat idle mesin tidak stabil.. atau getar2, atau tenaga hilang, boros BBM, atau RPM lambat turun...

bila packing TB rusak ada kemungkinan terjadi kebocoran .. di cek nya mudah.. cukup semprotkan cairan seperti carbjet atau sejenisnya bila RPM mendadak drop brarti didaerah tsb terjadi kebocoran... kenapa bisa dibilang bocor,krn cairan td tersedot mesin mknya RPM jadi drop... solusi nya ganti packing krn harga packing yg murah.. atau bisa di sealer ulang... packing mesti disiapkan setiap bongkar TB.. tp kalo tidak penting biasanya cukup semprot2 aja di lubang TB dgn carbjet .. hal ini biasa dilakukan saat tune up

-lepaskan 4 baut di TB dan pelan2 cabut.. bila susah bisa dibantu obeng minus utk congkel pelan2

-tampak packing nya sedikit hancur

-bersihkan dgn silet sisa2 packing lama.. hati2 jgn mebuat goresan.. !

-ini packing lama yg hancur

-tampak TB yg kotor lakukan pembersihab full dgn carbjet dibantu kuas.. dan bensin murni buat bilas

-buka 4 baut ini juga dgn obeng ketok pelan2.. hati2!

-setelah bersih bilas dgn bensin murni lalu keringkan

-ini idle up ac + juga tempat aliran air radiator melewati TB (bagian yg kanan)

-setelah dibersihkan jalur air radiator dan jalur udara buat idle up ac.. tampak juga baut bisa nempel di ujung besi,.. menandakan kerjanya magnetic utk idle up ac

-pasang kembali idle up nya..idle up ini bisa di geser2 posisinya walau sedikit.. gunanya utk besarin / kecilin RPM saat ac on

-semprot2 TB dgn carbjet dulu lalu pasang packing baru ... lalu kasi sealer tipis di kedua permukaan sebelum TB di pasang ...

The heating, ventilation, and A/C (HVAC) system in the M-Class has semiautomatic temperature regulation and manual control over the air source and distribution. The temperature control is achieved without the use of a heater valve, also called mono valve in other models. The M-Class heater core is thus always hot, at about 87 deg C. Air Conditioning Switch The On/Off switch connects to the A/C control module (N19), which, through the All Activity Module (N10) controls the activation of the air conditioning compressor clutch. The A/C compressor operates only when the engine is running and the blower motor is switched on. The AAM (N10) also uses other information from the CAN to choose when to operate the compressor clutch, i.e. engine temperature.
