DIY : setel gearbox setir


efek kalo kelonggaran setir liar bisa juga bunyi2 gleduk2 di sebelah kanan kalo kena lubang tapi kalo kena lubang di belokin setir(biar agak ketahan gitu) gak bunyi 




itu kan ada baut no 6.. itu yg di ketok.. di baut no 6 sepertinya ada cincinnya lagi.. cincin dilepas dulu.. krn bautnya gede maen ketok pelan2 ... sambil di tes... baut tersebut menahan plastick no 4... itu bahannya plastik... yg nahan gerakan kiri kanan steering... kalo tekanannya kurang setir liar banget kalo kekencangan mantap tapi pas belok setir gak mau balik lagi...  mesti bantu pake tangan
plastik no 4 tu jarang rusak.. tp ada jualnya pernh liat di toko sparepart

baut no 15 n kedudukan no 3 yg mesti di kencengi sekalian .. sering kendor kalo sering numbur lobang... ciri2 nya pas setir di puter dgn posisi mesin hidup tapi gak jalan(putar di tempat) akan bunyi tek tek tek....
tapi saat didongkrak kedua roda depan.. walau setir di putar tidak ada bunyi sama sekali.. jadi bunyi timbul saat power steering mendapat beban 
ini bukan bunyi as roda.. melainkan steering unit yg ikut bergeser saat di putar

termasuk utk nyetel kekencangan setir berat ringan hanya di baut no 6 utk mendorong per no 5 menekan plastic no 4 supaya gerak gearbok lebih berat

nah.. kalo kencangi kedudukan gearbox steering itu di baut no 15 dan baut no 16 dikencangkan biar bushing no 2 yg di tahan plat no 3 itu kencang



2 panah merah itu baut kedudukan steering unit.. trus ada satu lagi di sebelah kanannya juga di kencengi tempatnya sempit jadi hati2 rada2 susah

The heating, ventilation, and A/C (HVAC) system in the M-Class has semiautomatic temperature regulation and manual control over the air source and distribution. The temperature control is achieved without the use of a heater valve, also called mono valve in other models. The M-Class heater core is thus always hot, at about 87 deg C. Air Conditioning Switch The On/Off switch connects to the A/C control module (N19), which, through the All Activity Module (N10) controls the activation of the air conditioning compressor clutch. The A/C compressor operates only when the engine is running and the blower motor is switched on. The AAM (N10) also uses other information from the CAN to choose when to operate the compressor clutch, i.e. engine temperature.
