bongkar mesin setengah 12R part1



 bila saat pagi hari/ saat mesin dingin .. saat di hidup kan keluar asap tipis iyu hal yg normal.. cm bila asap nya gak hilang2 perlu segera di periksa.. bisa2 seal klep (valve) bocor yg akibat nya bisa mengakibatkan berasap


hitam kalo parah asapnya pun tambah parah :D di sertai idle mesin nya tdl stabil dan juga saat di jalankan tenaganya hilang terasa nyendat2 / pincang ..  solusi nya adalah bongkar mesin sampe di atas silinder head utk di lakukan skir klep ,ganti seal klep, lalu atur ulang klep(valve)

(dalam proses skir klep, dan lain2 yg berkaitan dgn asap hitam ngebul akibat klep bocor sama di setiap mobil maupun pada mobil2 terkini,cm umum nya terjadi pada mobil yg berumur... mobil yg baru pun bisa bila perawatan minim )

gambar diatas adalah mesin 13R toyota thn 81 an yg sudah cukup lama 2tn yg lalu baru saja turun mesin total di bengkel , tapi kek nya masih kurang bagus krn ada bbrp seal yg bocor setelah pemakaian gak lama.. setelah didiamkan skitar hampir 2 tahun tanpa di hidupkan sama sekali,sebelumnya skitar 2-3 tahun mobil ini tidak beroperasi lagi cm di rmh saja,cm tp masih dipanaskan dalem seminggu,
setelah di buka cover head nya ternyata oli mesran yg selama ini dipakai sampe berkerak parah


 disini gw mencoba memperbaiki nya dgn mengganti ulang seal klep dilanjutkan proses skir klep
langsung saja :



-setelah header lepas




-dilakukan penahan klep nya/ camshaft :D

-setelah penahan klep terbuka  tinggal melepas baut blok ukuran 14 sebanyak 10 biji baut ini sangat keras.. perlu kunci panjang utk membuka nya 

 -ini adalah as panjang utk mendorong setiap klep sesuai dgn gerakan piston ada 8 sesuai jumlah klep/valve

-lepaskan blok nya dgn mengetok pelan2 di sudut2 nya dgn obeng minus gede congkel dgn hentakan krn ini sangat lah keras


-itu tampak valve/klep yg ketiga dari kiri basah oli.. disana oli rembes mengakibatkan oli ikut terbakar dalem ruang bakar maka hasil nya asap nya hitam, ditambah tenaga hilang karena pengapian nya gak normal karna basah :o


-ini  karburator nya yg kotor dekil blm di bersihkan

-ini dia masalahnya seal klep/valve ini semacem karet uda gak bagus .. akibatnya bisa krn pemasangan yg kurang teliti misal ada pasir sebutir atau saja kwalitas karet yg tidak bagus... kalo sudah lama bs krnb faktor usia... kalo kejadian disini kek nya kmaren pas turun mesin gak di ganti cm di akalin mknya tahan sebentar doank..

-semua kerak, sisa2 packing di bersihkan sampe bersih (diatas masih blm bersih )



-itu tampak air radiator yg di blok mesin sampe jamuran krn kelamaan tdk berputar... parah... waterpump mesti di cabut juga nanti
