-di lakukan pelepasan curter oli/ bak oli  utk memastikan kebersihan mesin.. dan ternyata mesin sangat kotor gara2 endapan oli yg berkerak ... di tengah2 itu adalah saringan oli dalem bak mesin.. 







 -tampak kelihatan flywhell nya.. juga nampak ketebalan kain kopling nya.. jadi mudah terkontrol utk mesin tipe ini :D



 - as kruk yg berkerak karena oli yg mengering setelah tidak dihidupkan bertahun2 :D



-ini seal klep nya yg baru



-lakukan skir klep dgn amril(grinding paste)  sampe mulus.. antara klep dan blok nya duduk dgn rapat .
pada amril ada 2 sisi.. sisi yg atas (fine this end) utk merapikan skir karena pastanya halus 
pada amril bagian sisi bawah (coarse this end) itu berupa pasta kasar buat skir klep bila kondisi parah / biasa di gunakan pada klep baru..
utk skir bisa di puter2 kiri kanan / bisa jg dgn bantuan bor tangan... jgn menggunakan bor listrik karen putaran yg cepat malah merusak .. gak rapi...  setelah selesai pastikan bersihkan sisa2 amril di blok mesin dan smua nya trutama di boss klep.. karena bila ada yg tertinggal di boss klep pas mesin bekerja terjadi gesekan lama2 boss klep nya lonngar.. jadi klep gak beraturan.. kalo boss klep longgar mesti di bubut ulang utk ganti boss klep baru ...













-ini seal klep yg baru di pasang kembali


-dgn bantuan mata shock di ketok biar karet nya gak rusak.. :D ketok sampe masuk ..




-setelah itu pasang kembali per klep nya... ini spi nya di selipkan di saat per kita tekan.. utk mengunci klep
